Shipping & Orders
What are the shipping fees and delivery timeline?
After orders are fulfilled, deliveries to the U.S. and Canada will take roughly 8-10 days. Deliveries to the U.K. will take roughly 8 days, while deliveries in Asia are relatively shorter and may arrive in 5 days. Note that it may take a day or so for the order to be fulfilled.
For other shipments, the shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts, and is non-refundable. Generally, shipping fees for jewelry are minor and won't be more than US$5-6 per package.
You can input your tracking number on www.parcelsapp.com to check the status of your shipment.
How can I track my order?
Have an account?
Login and head over to your Amoy account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Don't have an account?
You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will then appear under "My Orders".
If your order is not processed by the estimated shipping date, we will contact you with an update within 24 hours. If you have further concerns, you can reach us directly at ker@amoy.jewelry, or SMS +1 (401-244-8310).
Can I cancel or change my order?
After the order is fulfilled you will not be able to cancel or change your order. You can, however, return the item by following the return process below.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, and most parts of Asia. If you live in another country and are still interested in making a purchase, send us an e-mail at ker@amoy.jewelry with the product link and your address, and we'll see what we can do.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the U.S. and the U.K. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Note that return shipping fees of $5 will be charged if you do decide to return an item(s). The 30-day return window begins when you first pick up your shipment.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
Please note that we do not accept returns of gifted products.
How do I return my online purchase?
We currently only offer returns in the U.S. and U.K. If you do not live in one of these countries, please send us a message at ker@amoy.jewelry and we'll see what we can do.
If you have an Amoy account, please log in and select "My Orders".
Find your order and click "Return Items"
Follow the instructions to download the return shipping label and schedule a pickup.

When will I receive my refund?
Online returns will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the product(s) in our warehouse. Once received, we will send a confirmation email.
How are refunds processed?
Please note that we cannot provide refunds in a payment method different from what you've already paid with. After receiving your returned item, it will take us 10-15 business days to process and send you a confirmation e-mail.
What is your exchange policy?
At this point we are not offering exchanges. You can, however, return unwanted items within the 30-day return window after receiving your shipment.
Payments, Duties, and Taxes
What payment methods do you accept?
1. Credit and Debit Cards
We accept cards from Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Our orders will show up on your credit card statement as SP Manifesto LLC.
2. Paypal
You can pay with PayPal during checkout by clicking on the logo and logging in.
Are there duties and taxes on my order?
International duties are included in the product price; typically packages are not held up at customs so there shouldn't be a delay. Taxes, however, will be applied at check-out according to your resident jurisdiction.
How do I use my discount code?
Simply enter the discount code by inputting it into the Add coupon code field in your shopping cart.
Note that only one discount can be applied to each order.
